First - BF Triad was quick! They had technician Chris at my house in less than an hour. Chris himself was so knowledgeable and talented. He was professional (kept taking his shoes off at the door!) and detailed. Did not jump to the most expensive solution but worked at the less expensive path first and was able to clear the line. He got pictures of the invasive roots and measured how far in the invasion was. Chris provided documentation of his findings. I found the entire experience painless other than the need to call them out in the first place. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing issues in the future and hope I get Chris as my tech. He was awesome.
We had an excellent experience working with this team to install a whole-home water softener, water filter, UV light, hot water recirculation loop, and a new tankless water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality. Nick was especially thorough, taking the time to ensure every detail was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the results. He was a pleasure to work with, as were Tripp and Adam—friendly, respectful, and clearly dedicated to making sure the job was done to a high standard. Overall, a fantastic group of guys who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
Quick, friendly, reasonably priced. My tech Jeff was very nice and explained everything that was needed and let me know a price before he started. Very happy with the work so far. When I need a plumber again I will be calling him.
Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job replumbing and installing my new walk in shower. I was so impressed I had him come back Monday and install a new outside faucet for my garden. I definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing
