He provided a comprehensive, understandable explanation of the entire plumbing system from faucets to sewage and gave us a clear analysis of items needing immediate attention, those that can wait, and those that were functioning well. He followed up with a thorough cost analysis and timeline for repairs. A.J. was extremely courteous, trustworthy, and respectful throughout the entire time. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. We did not hesitate to contract with Benjamin Franklin to make the repairs as suggested. Definitely call them!

Gustavo Rocha came out to help us with a pipe over the water heater that was leaking. He let us know that it wasn't just the pipe that had issues but the water heater itself (it was 20 years old and we knew it was on its way out). He was such a huge help in explaining everything to us and helping us to make the decision to have it replaced. Gustavo knows his stuff and was so kind and patient with all our questions and concerns. He has many years of experience and is an absolute pleasure to work with. If we ever need a plumber he's who I am calling (at least until he retires). Thank you Gustavo for doing such a wonderful job replacing our filter. The water pressure and heat is a very refreshing change! You are the best!

We had several sewage backups over Christmas, including while we had a house full of company. David Allen arrived quickly due to our emergency situations and fixed each issue, even working with the office to get us the best prices possible. He was knowledgable, sympathetic, and kept us informed. Highly recommend.

Technician Noah came 8 o’clock on time and was able to unblock the sink line in short order and put back the plumbing. My wife and I were really impressed with his impeccable professionalism. I had major water damage in my house due to 3 burst pipes that froze up when my furnace malfunctioned. I contacted Ben Franklin late on Sunday afternoon and within the hour I received a call from the owner. I explained my situation and he said he would have someone contact me in the morning. At 7:15 on Monday morning I received a text message that a technician was on the way. He (Rob Williamson) arrived at my house around 7:45am! Incredible! He was able to locate the first of 3 burst pipes and repaired that one by 11:30. Turns out I needed major repair on my furnace including a new zone valve and a relay part that he had to order. He worked straight thru until after5pm and was joined by his manager Brian. I can honestly say these two were phenomenal! Both were compassionate to my situation, were very detailed on what they diagnosed the problem to be and what the required fix would entail. I found this entire experience (except of course dealing with all the inconveniences) to be a very satisfying one and would not hesitate for a second to refer this company to anyone in need of plumbing work! Best ever for clogged drains. We’ve used them a couple times now and they have always been prompt and courteous. Cole was a trooper unclogging our drain due to tree roots. We would most definitely recommend them every time!
