They came in and repaired two other plumbing issues we had from another plumber cutting corners. They were responsive, quick to drove out and did solid work! I'll use them again moving forward.

The last thing you want to do in the middle of winter is replace the furnace and water heater. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing made it painless. They gave us multiple options and good prices. Wade and Shane did excellent work. We've been using them for years, and they never let us down.

Chris was great and very thorough. Even though the problem ended up being our septic tank, Chris was able to pin point the actual problem after a few hours of eliminating all other possibilities. He was finished with just enough time to get septic company to come out and finish

Ethan did great! We needed our stove hooked back up to our gas line after a small house fire! Very helpful with recommendations and upfront on cost. Thankful for everything! We will be requesting him for future services!

Tyler Rogers was my technician and he did an amazing job serving me! We were experiencing an issue with our sewage backing out into our yard and he was very empathetic to my dilemma and was very thorough with his investigation of the problem. He assessed all of the possible things that could be wrong and went above and beyond to get to the source of the problem. Once discovering what the issue was, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He also kept me calm about it and offered all of the options we had to get it resolved. Tyler also answered any questions that I had about pricing. I really appreciated the top tier level of customer service that he displayed and will definitely be a returning customer.

Jared did a great job in replacing my tankless water heater in the attic. He was efficient and thorough. Work neatly. Most of all was polite and explained the new system to me.

Tom did an excellent job on my new hot water heater, sink repair and hose replacements. He was prompt, professional, and competent. Job was completed the same day. I will be having a new kitchen sink and faucet installed next. Great job!

Great experience this far as there is work remaining to be completed. Our tech, Howard, was fantastic. On time, professional and friendly.
