If you’re raising kids in Atlanta, you know the drill… school drop-offs, work, practices, games and basically living in the car 😂 So when our water bill suddenly got REALLY high, we needed someone out fast. The guys at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta were on it. Found the issue quickly, had everything on the truck and fixed it right there. Huge relief! We also learned way more about our plumbing system than we expected. We never go in the crawlspace and had no idea how much was going on down there 😳 Great guys, great company. We’ll definitely use them again… probably sooner than we thought!

A neighbor recommended these guys. So, we gave them a try for a home plumbing inspection. We were really impressed! Eric clearly knows his stuff! He explained everything in a way that actually made sense to us. Our home is almost 100 years old, so we have a list. We will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Brandon assessed the leakage damage, cleaned the spout, scraped away the old caulk, reinstalled the area, and sealed it properly for waterproofing. Keith came promptly, worked quickly but we paid $709 for a water shutoff, and a small piece of PVC pipe under our sink that took 40 minutes to do. $210 of that was because it was an emergency visit.

This company came out to check our heating and cooling systems, clean our hot water heater, and patiently answered a bunch of our plumbing and duct-cleaning questions. As owners of an aging home, we truly trust them and deeply value their expert opinions on what updates we need. The level of professionalism cannot be surpassed! From wearing booties so they don’t drag dirt into the house to sending texts with pictures of the technicians before they arrive, every detail made us feel safe and cared for.
