After investigating, multiple breaks were repaired after the water meters. Stayed until full repair was completed and disturbed area repaired. Great job. I will consider hiring Ben Franklin for any additional repairs needed.

Great experience with this new company. John, the owner, was extremely helpful in his initial visit. Follow up appointments were needed and Hugo was assigned as our technician. Hugo was kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything and completed everything well. Will definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to friends and family.

Hugo arrived at my house within the window of time I was expecting which was helpful. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He gave me several options including an option to finance the replacement of my hot water heater. In short, he was kind, courteous and professional.
