Made an online appointment and was contacted the same day to have someone come in one day. Customer service was exceptional especially considering rd conditions due to recent wintery weather. I called Benjamin Franklin yesterday when all the roads were iced over hoping to get on the “list” for someone to come when the ice melted. I was called the next day with a plumber on his way. Within an hour the water heater was fixed and I took a shower 1 hour later. That was service!! Josh and Tanner were professional and worked quickly. Josh explained three options, no pressure to choose, but just the facts!!. I am so happy to have hot water.

I’d give more stars if I could. We’ve been customers for more than ten years and they have always been great but this most recent service call was somehow even better. Matthew was conscientious and really listened to what the issue was. He had thoughtful ideas of how to fix the issue, not just “replace parts until something fixes the problem”. Rare these days. Almost as good was the office finding a way to get us a same-day service call the day before the ice storm hit.
