I needed a new hot water heater. Carlos showed up on time, explained what he was going to do today and got to work. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this service to anyone.

My daughter had a clogged drain and I called Ben Franklin Plumbing after doing a Google search and the woman who answered my call was very helpful and accommodating. She was able to get us an appointment in a timely manner. Our tech, Cole Turner, and another tech showed up promptly and did an excellent job unclogging my daughter’s drain. They were polite, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend. 5+ stars.

He made sure everyone did what they were supposed to do or he came by and took care of it himself. He made sure we had options and skilled people for what they did not do. All in all we are very pleased with the project and its completion.

Chris gave us transparency, honesty and over the top service. Benjamin Franklin was a thorough top of the line choice. We had to replace our tankless water heater from the original one when house was built 5 years ago because the original installer did not have the filter on the system, so everything was burned up. We also have had very hard, gritty water and decided to do the water softener all at the same time. Again, they were honest, transparent and not pushy/salesy. It was soooo appreciated!

A great company from their office personnel to their field personnel. From the time I spoke to them the process was straight forward clear and concise. They even picked up my water heater from Home Depot. Very professional, a price you can’t beat. Alex and Trey got the job done in an efficient manner and even came back when I was having an issue and sorted it out no questions asked. Any time I have a plumbing issue this will be my go to company. I’ve dealt with a lot of others here in the Lafayette area but their attention for customer service can’t be bested.

Pablo Cabrera was very prompt and extremely helpful. He did a good job of installing the shower head and made sure everything worked as expected. In addition to this, he went out of the way to help with some minor repairs. We are extremely pleased with his service.

Todd was amazing and definitely worth trusting with your plumbing! He was patient and knowledgeable and was just as motivated to find a solution as we were. He even took the extra time to come back through the house to wipe down all the surfaces he touched! This was extra appreciated since it’s currently cold & flu season. We will absolutely be trusting Todd with any plumbing questions or issues in the future.

What an excellent job was done! The plumbers were very knowledgeable, communicated very well, Letting us know exactly what they did and how they did it! The cleanup was excellent! I could not have had a better experience!! They ran a camera to see if there were any issues and where the issues were and then they did the Jet stream cleaning, put in a clean out. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!
