Had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Needed help with my water heater. They knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

Wow! We haven’t experienced such a dedicated professional with a work ethic and commitment of doing a job beyond well in a long long time! Chris Bonnell is superb and exceptional! He communicated clearly what the cause of our sink clog was, (which was way more than a sink clog), and shared what he was doing to fix the problem every step of the way! Personable, respectful and just an awesome professional! We had a great experience!

I work for a management company in St Augustine. Saturday around 4-5 pm we had an issue at one of our properties. Our normal local vendor was not available. I contacted no less than 8 plumbers who say they have emergency service and none would come out. I couldn’t believe that as again it was still fairly early, it wasn’t like it was 1 am. The next on the google list was Benjamin Franklin plumbing. The person who answered was friendly and very helpful. They worked with their dispatch to make sure someone would be out. They explained it would not be for a few hours but someone would be out. I got a call around 8:30 from Chris the tech who would be coming. He told me he was on his way and what time he would be there. Chris arrived right when he said he would. I must say Chris was fantastic. This is an older property in the heart of downtown, so things were not easy. Chris worked through everything and resolved the issue. I can’t say enough great things about Chris and the entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From now on, they will be my first call when I need a plumbing vendor.

Ray was honest and up-front about the work. We had an older tankless water heater and after going through some checks, he recommended that our unit was working fine and we did not need to do the service that was originally requested. He saved us a few bucks but I was more impressed that he did not push for a sale when one was not needed.

Dominic is a great plumber and very professional - he has repaired several bathroom sink & shower faucets/valves and installed several products (water heater/water softener). He very meticulous and always performs an excellent job. Would highly recommend him without reservation!

Great experience. They came out timely, walked us through the problems we were having, and then talked through various options and estimates. Our plumber, Zack, was patient and professional as we asked so many questions. I also appreciate that the service fee gets absorbed into the final price if you move forward with them. Not all places do that.

Great timely and professional service. One of the owners, Kaushal, arranged for Zack to come within a couple of hours after I notified them that my 19-year old water heater had flooded my basement, and provided an estimate.
