Corey was professional in every aspect of his service call. He politely introduced himself and took the time to explain how to light the gas fireplace in a way that did not make me feel foolish. It was my first time ever lighting or using a gas fireplace and I did not the house to explode! He checked the hot water heater that feeds hot water to the baseboards and checked the gas powered hot water heater that supplies hot water for dishes, laundry and showers. Corey explained that the hot water heater was four years old and that it is recommended that the tank be purged (emptied) every year to extend the life of the tank. Based on his recommendation and the offer to waive the $79.00 service call fee, I gave him the go-ahead to empty the water tank. We discussed a major project to re-plumb the whole house (it has been jury-rigged over the past 60+ years) and he said that he would rather have his manager come around (no charge) to give a better, more experienced estimate for such a large project. I strongly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and I will probably call on their service next summer for the whole-house re-plumb.

Well we’ve definitely found our forever plumbing company! After getting other quotes and one, in particular, continuously trying to upsell us, it was a sigh of relief to have Tim come out and look at our issue and focus on that first and foremost with the solution we needed! Then, Chris came out and did the work, replacing our hot water heater and helped with another water pressure issue that I was concerned about and asked about. He was professional, very knowledgeable and was honest about what needed to be done and what didn’t. It was all a very fair price, as well, after getting 3 other quotes from other companies. I had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service. Their plumber, Chris, was an absolute professional. He arrived promptly, greeted me warmly, and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the repair process before getting started. I really appreciated his friendly and patient approach. What impressed me the most was Chris's willingness to show me exactly what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. He not only resolved the problem efficiently but also took measures to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high-quality service and trustworthiness of the company. Before contacting Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service, I had a terrible experience with another company called Go Green. The so-called "service" I received was the worst I've encountered in decades. I paid an unpleasant individual to inspect the issue, and he suggested an outrageous fix involving cutting through the ceiling from the roof to deal with a simple wax seal problem in the bathroom on the lower floor. Needless to say, I'm relieved that I didn't go ahead with their proposal and instead chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service. In contrast, Chris quickly identified and resolved the problem within minutes of arriving. His expertise and professionalism were truly commendable. I couldn't be happier with the service. I actually felt as though Chris was God sent. He did an excellent service from his arrival until he left. This young man explained in detail what was going on where I could understand my situation better. He worked really hard and was very pleasant. I thank him for being an outstanding gentleman.
