Carlos, the plumber from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, came early, which I appreciated. He was very pleasant to deal with, and completed several small projects very efficiently. I was pretty surprised at how high the price was that he quoted, but decided to proceed with the work anyway. I recognize that this was not the judgement call of the plumber, but came from the company. Still, I will hesitate before I call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any big jobs.
Service was excellent. Chad took the time to explain what needed to be done to repair the leaking pipe and also answered questions about the water system in my home. I will use again when needed and recommend.
