It was good to see Josh . He was the installer of my Brita water treatment and was able to quickly diagnose and repair. He has a passion to help and his expertise is evident. I hope to always have a technician such as Josh.

I will always give this company 5 stars. I use them at my house in NJ and FL and now at my Mothers on Christmas Day!! Cody Mellet, our technician was professional, super friendly and got the job done in minutes. A leak and a small flood did not ruin our family Xmas thanks to BFP.
