We had a drainage backup and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an appointment late in the evening. They quickly scheduled a visit, and Ryan F. came out to assess the issue. He provided upfront pricing, which we approved, and then got right to work. Ryan was courteous, professional, and extremely skilled. Not only did he resolve the drainage backup efficiently, but he also took care of a kitchen sink replumb in the same visit! His high-quality workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Brian did a great job installing the water heater, filtration system, and a week earlier a new disposal. He worked from about 10 am to 3 pm on the water heater and filtration system and advised my renter how the filtration system works and changing the filter

I am very impressed with easy use of the website to schedule an appointment and availability to work on Saturday and Sunday. After ordering all new appliances from Samsung and paying for the install they said they could not install it because of needing cut off valves. Chris Lang came in and did a fantastic job installing a shutoff valve and box. He also installed the dishwasher. I am very happy with the prompt service I received.

Charles and Chris arrived on time today and they installed a new water softener and replaced two shower tub, faucet and shower heads. The only drawback was the electrician scheduled didn't arrive due to my zip code not being in their service area and this was the same company that is all over the state and maybe more areas. I will have to schedule with another electrician and Ben Franklin Plumbing will have to come back to finish the job. Not their fault. Otherwise, I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs or repairs. I'm having this company come back in the future.😎👍
