Had a bad day end with a happy ending. Went to wash my hands found that there was no hot water, Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and spoke with Kelley, who quickly put me at ease. They sent Josh out to replace our 10-year-old, 40-gallon water heater. He was very professional and had my hot water back in no time. I would give this company 10 stars if that was an option, for there courtesy, support, promptness and overall experience. Great Job.

Ke Taylor of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a spectacular job. She helped us determine exactly what we wanted before replacing sinks, faucets and our garbage disposal. She also cleared some problematic drains. Her work is impeccable and she kept us informed by phone with regard to scheduling, etc. She is the ultimate professional AND it was very pleasant to have her in our home while she worked. We were sad to see her leave us upon completion of the job and we are more than satisfied with the results of her hard work.
