Gary called me 1/2 before his arrival. Very helpful person. Took care of my issue and was able to provided me with a quote for an upgrade at my request. He also helped me scheduling the appointment for the upgrade to my bath tub plumbing. Very happy with his help.
Technical was Gary, no picture in list. Gary showed up, assess the issue and proceeded to remove and replace the broken valve assembly. For whatever reason the valve was very deep in the ground and not very accessible. As part of the replacement, he configured the new valve making it more accessible. He took the initiative to make it better instead of just replacing the the valve.
Your technician , Leroy was delightful, knowledgeable, kind and a great representative of your company. He completed all the things I needed fixing and even ask if there other things that I might need help with. He called another technician to put a meter on my hot water heater before he left. A wonderful experience with a great technician. If all your workers are like Leroy, your company is in good hands . Thank you!
We were very pleased with our time with CJ and Anderson today. They were both very professional and personable. We had a leaking water valve, that was also corroded and had to be replaced, behind our refrigerator. CJ explained our options and the differences in the cost, so we were able to make a decision that was best for us. They did a great job!
