Chris bonnell and Cody Knott were really experienced and quick with my leaky faucet. i always go to chris with any of my needs if he’s available. Cody was also fantastic as well. Very respectful kid just doing his absolute best! ben franklin is a great reliable company. i highly recommend chris and cody for any of ur plumbing needs.
What makes this company reputable and trustworthy are their people. I always feel there someone that is accommodating my needs from the scheduling side all the way to the service side. One of their many technicians have served our home in the past. But our favorite technician Ira has always been good to work with. He is patient when explaining the troubleshooting process and thorough about our repair options.
We had an issue and called in, the receptionist listened well and got us scheduled fast. Ira Miller came and replaced our sump pump. He was very professional and patient, especially as our little kids asked Ira a thousand questions. He explained everything well and ensured I understood before proceeding and he also ensured I was happy with the work before leaving. Can’t recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing enough, especially Ira!
