Joe Stark did an excellent job thoroughly explaining, showing and advising us on a preventative sewer repair. We were not anticipating a project of this size this year or in years to come, but I’m grateful and impressed with the professionalism of the Ben Franklin team, in particular Joe. He took the time to explain what they could offer and why, and respectfully responded to all of my points of concern and questions after reviewing competitors. I anticipate another positive review coming from us after this project is completed. Never once did I feel talked down to given plumbing and sewer work is nowhere near a skill of mine, nor did I have concerns I was being ripped off or scammed. I’d be honest if I did. Thank you again Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Joe, for offering plumbing and sewer services and demonstrating such strong integrity. Lastly I greatly respect that you all can effectively work with gross sewer pipes like this and not be 🤢 like me.

A job well done! I previously reviewed Ben Franklin plumbing after we have a thorough assessment of/recommendations for our sewer system by Joe Stark. Well, the entire crew that came to our home to clean out and then line our sewer did a phenomenal job. Thank you to Trevor and Brian and all the other professionals, whose names I didn’t catch, for keeping us well informed throughout the process, delivering quality work, and cleaning up so well that my husband said “looks like they weren’t even here!” We then got to see the finished fully rejuvenated sewer line thanks to Joe Stark coming back yet another time (3 or 4 times for just one project!) to satisfy our city’s particularly picky inspection team. From initial roadblocks the city put up to the final inspection, Joe and the office staff did an excellent job updating us on changes or new info while being very professional with the city team as well. Also it was a sizable chunk of change we didn’t expect to pay, well, ever for a sewer repair, we can rest easy knowing it was money well spent and well used. Thanks again! Trevor was great to work with. He was informative, thoroug, and personable. He replaced a toilet in my house and cleaned out the main sewer line from debris and roots. He then installed a new toilet.

Very kind, respectful, and showed great character and values. Walked me through everything I didn't understand, offered several options, and even was thorough to see things of issue we hadn't. He was also respectful to my situation of working from home. He patiently waited for me to finish a meeting before I could continuing through the walk through with him. Wonderful young man and service!

I highly recommend Northern Ben Franklin/One Hour Plumbing. Scheduling was easy, received text message reminder the day before and approximately 30 minutes before arrival got another text with picture and name of the plumber who would be coming to my house. They did a full inspection of my drains in the house and the main line and provided a detailed report of their findings with pictures of the problem areas. I also used them a year ago to put in a new water heater and that experience was positive as well.
