I had a leaking water heater on a Saturday. I had never had this issue and was not sure who to call, but through Angi’s list I was able to get a quote and get the work done same day by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our tech was Miguel Gonzalez - great help, wonderful attitude and above and beyond work. He made a difficult experience easy and quickly set us up with a new replacement. Definitely recommend him and this business.

I had 3 different plumbers come out to fix what I thought was a leak. None could figure out where it was coming from. But when I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, they sent out Alejandro, and he not only found where the leak was but was able to fix it. Alejandro was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I can definitely recommend him to anyone without any doubts. Alejandro knows what he's doing and will definitely get the job done. What a way to start 2025! I called this morning concerning a nasty clog in my kitchen sink. They sent Miguel Gonzalez out, and he did a great job clearing everything up. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to show me what was going on. I definitely recommend them, and I will be calling again soon. Happy New Year!

Keith was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Was patient when I attempted to ask him questions. Was very fast and effective in installing the vanity into the bathroom. Is a very GOOD representative of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
