A great company from their office personnel to their field personnel. From the time I spoke to them the process was straight forward clear and concise. They even picked up my water heater from Home Depot. Very professional, a price you can’t beat. Alex and Trey got the job done in an efficient manner and even came back when I was having an issue and sorted it out no questions asked. Any time I have a plumbing issue this will be my go to company. I’ve dealt with a lot of others here in the Lafayette area but their attention for customer service can’t be best.

Alex and Luke were tremendously helpful and knowledgeable in all plumbing areas. They solved the problem with a reasonable solution where as another company wanted to rip the entire wall down! Alex and Luke with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came by to clean out our backed up drain/pipes. They noticed a separate issue with our gas that we weren’t even aware of and fixed it on the spot. They walked us through step by step of each process and broke down all costs beforehand. 5 stars all day! Highly recommend!
