Marla Moreland

As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work as well the professionalism shown from Alex (Olice ) and his assistant. They reinstalled my under mount sink, garbage disposal and plumbing under sink. I will definitely be using them again for future services.

Sami Stone

The guys at Benjamin Franklin in Balch Springs are awesome!!! From scheduling the service to getting what we needed, everything was exceptional! I asked for a late appointment so I would haven’t to miss much work & they obliged. Olice showed up & was quick to assess & give us different quotes to work with. What they charged to fix the issue & replace our toilet was what the first company was wanting to charge us just to fix the issue! (That co. was sent out by our home warranty people) since it was after 6pm I didn’t think we would be getting the work done the same day, but our technician said it was no issue & got us taken care of within a couple of hours! We are so appreciative of his work & the company. They will def have our business going forward & all recommendations to anyone asking in our area!

Jen A.

Super amazing team. They have had to come out a couple of times since we needed a water heater and the tech, Alex, is super nice and knowledgeable. He’s also super quick. Ross, the owner, is great. He’s very patient and answers any questions you have. Highly recommend this company!

Danny Stevens

Olice was very professional and informative explaining everything in great detail. Ross was very friendly and helpful on the phone making it a pleasant process. Enjoyed talking with both guys and would highly recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!

Plumbing FAQs

What routine maintenance should I be doing for my Kaufman and Ennis water heater?

To keep your water heater running smoothly in Kaufman and Ennis, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.

If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Kaufman and Ennis home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Kaufman and Ennis to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.

Yes! Upgrading to low-flow toilets, water-saving showerheads, and high-efficiency faucets can significantly reduce water use in your Kaufman and Ennis home. You can also install smart leak detectors and tankless water heaters for added efficiency. A local plumber can recommend the best options based on your home’s setup and water usage habits.

A professional inspection can help identify hidden issues and recommend upgrades to keep your plumbing system safe and efficient.

What should I do to prepare my plumbing for winter in Kaufman and Ennis?

To get your plumbing ready for winter in Kaufman and Ennis, start by insulating exposed pipes, especially in unheated areas like basements and garages. Disconnect outdoor hoses, shut off exterior water lines, and check your water heater for optimal performance. It’s also smart to know where your main shut-off valve is in case of a frozen pipe emergency.

Signs of a damaged sewer line in your TX home include frequent drain clogs, foul odors, soggy spots in your yard, and gurgling sounds from your toilets or drains.
