Lee has been servicing our furnace every year since we moved to the Shore. The team at Ben Franklin have done several plumbing projects for us to bring our 100 year old home up to date. I can recommend them with confidence. We have been very happy with their professionalism and responsiveness.

Lee Jester did an excellent job of making suggestions to fix our issues and to let us know options to upgrade. He was courteous and very professional! Look forward to him doing our work. Also a follow up call to let me know that I would have a quote this week! Very pleased!

Jonathan was wonderful! He went above and beyond what I expected. He was so, so patient when we were trying to find the water shut off. He made quick work of replacing the valve and a section of pipe behind my refrigerator. I found a small amount of water spraying last night. I called Benjamin Franklin today around noon and Jonathan had everything fixed a couple of hours later. I can't thank him enough and I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. PS I also learned that Ben Franklin has an electrical team that you can schedule service with as well.

Jonathan McLean did an excellent job as always! The young gentleman that assisted him was excellent as well. I had a new faucet that I purchased myself for them to install. The thickness of my granite counter would not allow for the screws that came with the fixture to be installed easily. They did a little trouble shooting and also called “the boss” and they were able to make it work!! They took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly. I will not use anyone else!
