Had Ben Franklin Plumbing handle the work needed during my kitchen renovation. Very pleasant and professional staff who respected our home when traveling throughout. They insisted wearing the booties over their shoes. They worked so well I may start telling my husband he needs to wear those!

Jonathan happened to be working in the neighborhood for somebody else and we went and asked him to come help us cuz we had inadvertently opened up a water line and made a mess and we needed somebody to replace a Moen which we owned and had tried to put in place in place. He was timely. He was friendly. He did a great job?

Responded to an emergency plumbing situation within hours on a Sunday. The technician was friendly and diagnosed the issue and since the problem is down in the well, they have everything set up for repairs first thing tomorrow morning. I was very relieved after the technician left because I was worried about the pipes and the cold weather and not having running water. Grateful. Extra service charge for coming on Sunday within a couple hours of my call was well worth my piece of mind.
