Had Devon F from Ben Franklin come out to swap out a water shutoff valve. He was the perfect blend of personable and professional. He answered all my questions and was happy to explain what he was doing. He put on shoe covers without being asked. I really appreciated that. The best part is that he was quick and calculated. I could not recommend Devon more. Anyone would be fortunate to have Devon work on their plumbing. Thank you Devon!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was everything I could’ve asked for and more. Ethan was so respectful and happy to answer all my questions!! He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Complete Install of a new main water shutoff with a pressure regulator valve, and an expansion tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement. Luckily Ethan’s positive attitude and efficient work relieved the stress of such a big, unexpected repair. Great experience. Absolutely happy with my choice. 100% recommend. 10/10.

Joe did a fantastic job for us. Not only did he identify the problem but he was able to repair it quickly. He was very respectful of our property and did not make a mess. We decided to do a full plumbing inspection since we are BF Club members and Joe found a few items that needed minor repairs. We had a great experience.

Joe, and Chris were great. They were punctual, respectful, kind, and went above and beyond. I love this company. Not only did they do a great job of solving the problem, but they also educated us on maintenance and how to prevent future complications. Will definitely be using them for any future issues/projects. If you want it done right, use this company for sure.
