My plumber was Jason! He did a good job in explaining, executing the plan, and finishing the job in a timely manner! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in a not so good situation and would recommend the company and him to others for their service! Jose came earlier than expected today, 8-29-24. He quickly assessed what it would cost to drain and service our water heater. We chose not to do that today. He then quickly assessed what it would cost to replace our hot and cold water valves under our kitchen sink and replace our kitchen faucet with one that I had previously purchased. We agreed to the price, and he worked quickly to get all that done. He did a great job! We highly recommend Jose!

Zachary Odel was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in fixing and correcting my ongoing leak issue. He was both business like and friendly, and I would highly recommend him in a second To anybody I know for plumbing issues Prior to Zachary‘s work field supervisor Chris Fontenot Came out first to examine the different options. He very politely listened to my explanation what was happening and what the repair might entail. However, checked one more situation and in doing so saved me a huge amount of money rather than just going with his first professional instinct. As was Zachary Chris was very professional and yet very approachable and very very knowledgeable of different scenarios for the problem. I highly recommend Gio at Ben Franklin Plumbing. He’s very nice, professional, good at explaining things, and overall I had a great experience with him and Zach. They were able to repair our drain at less than half the quoted price of some other plumbers simply by isolating and replacing the location of the fault, rather than recommending the nuclear option of just replacing the entire house’s drainage system (which is under a concrete slab) due to its age.
