They came prepared to service our CSI water treatment system that had been unattended for 2 years; our doing not BF. I was most pleased that Mr. Jeff had reviewed our history on file and was up to speed on our setup. They were thorough and explained steps they were taking to correct and service the system for efficiency. Anxious to know we were satisfied with their service. I was thrilled to have them back in my camp. This initial visit was pricey…however I had dropped the maintenance contract. The service contract for maintenance going forward is most attractive. I’m a happy customer . Tim is knowledgeable and exacting in his work. He is always willing to explain just how things work for me, and if i've called because I thought something was amiss, what was the problem!! Tim also is (unnecessary to the job) friendly. Farrell Brothers and Ben Franklin have completed several big jobs for us including geothermal AC and heat, and hot water air sourced and mini slplits. They are my first call when I need help.

Called on Saturday afternoon to see when they could come out and put a garbage disposal in, they were able to come today Monday. The guys are very professional and had it done in no time. This company is amazing besides plumbing also Air Conditioning. I would highly recommend this company .
