Elliot was a great salesmen and was honest which is hard to find nowadays. He told me what is a must fix and gave me a great scope of work. The company also gave me an amazing price on a new install of my oil tank. Nick, melichai and gentry were punctual, friendly and gave me a great time line of what was happening step by step. I could not be more please with how this turned out and this company. They quoted me and showed up the next day to complete the work and it’s amazing. Thank you and I would definitely recommend hiring them! If I have a plumbing issue in the future they will be my first call!
They are an awesome company, they ran into some issues and were more than accomodating to fix without additional charges and did a great job. I haven't had hot water in a month, not because of them either. I had other people out to check it for me and none were as thorough as Ben Franklin
This is an excellent company! I had an emergency and called late on a Friday evening. First time to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, they were so nice and efficient. The plumber, Chris Landon, arrived at 8:00am on Saturday morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The company is amazing, they sent me a text with a picture and background on Chris Landon before he arrived so I would know what he looked like and that he was qualified. First time I have ever had a company do that and I was very impressed. Chris kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything that he was doing and would have to do. He took pictures, investigated the leakage and damage and followed up with all the work. I would highly recommend this company!!!!
I called BF Plumbing early in the morning because we discovered a leak in our bathroom sink. I made an appointment for between 10 and 2:00 and Alex arrived around 11:30 in a big blue truck. After he looked at the problem he gave me a quote which I thought was quite high but since he was there told him to go ahead. I worked in residential construction for 20 years and have never seen a plumber do a difficult job in tight quarters with really neat professional results. Given the fact that he drove from 60+ miles away and then had to run out to get a part and spent close to 4 hours on the job, the price hurt less. His work and professionalism were ideal. Glad he did our work.
