Just had a sewer backup in our home on the evening of Mother’s Day. Steven was WONDERFUL!! I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin and especially Steven. Mike is a wonderful technician. He came to replace an outside pipe/valve, that the hose connects to. As usual, he did a great job! Mike definitely knows his stuff….and he loves dogs too!!!
I had an issue with my boiler. (May 2025) My thermostat was saying the heat was on, but the radiators were ice cold. I called and left a message with Ferrell brothers on an early Sunday morning. Within half an hour Randy called me and patiently and professionally troubleshot the problem. He saved me a 200 dollar service call. This company is dedicated to their customers.
