Ray was honest and up-front about the work. We had an older tankless water heater and after going through some checks, he recommended that our unit was working fine and we did not need to do the service that was originally requested. He saved us a few bucks but I was more impressed that he did not push for a sale when one was not needed.

I can not say enough how impressed and appreciative me and my husband are about the inspection we had by Michael Lawton.
