We had technician Cristian Giurgila come out to our house and fix a water leak and he was absolutely fantastic. Great customer service and he was able to complete the repairs same day. He was amazing. Next time we need them we will request Cristian.
Hands-down, the best company ever . Randall& Marquise they did a thorough job. Making sure everything was fixed the right way and also made sure my water was working before they left. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

The young man that came in and inspected my hot water heater was Ilija Kostadinov. He was so polite and very thorough. He made me feel very comfortable with the options that I chose for a new hot water heater. He was very informative, I would recommend this company and Ilija To anyone that I know it has a plumbing problem. Thank you for being so honest and amazing.
Bryan did a beautifull Job uninstalling my old water conditioner and replacing it with the new one. He introduced himself when he got here to my home, and was so nice. He explained to me everything he was going to do and let me know he had to turn the water off for a couple of hrs before he completed the job. I was very pleased with the Job he did. It was neatly done and very professional.
Caleb helped us out with some issues we were having. He did an amazing job! Got everything done with attention to detail and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend asking for Caleb!
We always have super kind technicians at Ben Franklin but today we had a guy come out who went above and beyond! His name was Nery. He provided us with exceptional service. Nery was so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had many questions about getting our pipes replaced and he explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. We have talked to a couple other plumbing companies about the problems we are facing in regards to our plumbing (old house) and never felt like we were getting the answers we needed to follow through with their services. It was a no brainer after Nery explained everything to us. He was so kind and a great asset to your team!
I had a rough start with them-my attic flooded a year after installation because the system wasn't up to spec. But they owned up to it, revamped their team, and sent folks out to fix everything in one day flat. Added overflow pans with water switches for all my units. Super thorough, no shortcuts. Now I can remodel my bathroom without sweating a repeat flood. If you had issues before, their changes are real-worth giving them another shot. Great company, solid warranties, and Joel especially? Total pro.
Andrew was a pleasure to work with. When I called for service, he was on it right away. Needing to escalate the matter, he then contacted his restoration guys who also came right over.
