I met a lot of the technicians at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the process of getting a new water heater installed. Everyone was pleasant to work with and everyone seemed knowledgeable and professional. Cole and Jordan were especially helpful throughout the process. It was great to have the expertise of Mr Sparky technicians Charles, Tony, and Brian available as well since the age of the electrical panel caused some of the issues we ran into. It all got resolved and the pricing was reasonable.

Excellent service all around. I called/emailed three other local companies, and didn’t hear back from them at all. BF Plumbing installed a new water heater the next day, after an initial visit to explain possible repairs vs. replacement. Adam was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Installation was amazing and Adam took the time to explain the work he did and ensure all my questions were answered. Top-notch service throughout, which is getting harder to find these days! Highly recommended.
My wife and I had several major plumbing issues that needed repair. So, when Eric from Benjamin Franklin in Pelham, AL came to our home this past Saturday, we knew it was going to be a lengthy visit in repairing items such as our water pressure, shower head drip, drain clogs in our bathroom sinks and a new garbage disposal. However, after talking with Eric for a few minutes before his inspection, we became at ease with the repair work that we knew had to be completed. Eric did a very thorough inspection inside and outside of our home and provided us a detailed breakdown of the costs with an explanation of each repair. And after installing a new water heater regulator that allowed our water pressure to be marked at a normal level, Eric ran into a major challenge in removing our shower valve in our master bathroom in repairing the shower head drip. He did his due diligence in trying to remove a tough valve that had been improperly installed by our contractors. However, after an hour of sweat and a couple of broken pliers, Eric told me that he had to cut a hole through the wall to remove the valve and replace it with a new one. He provided me a visual of the wall’s cut and did a great job of not messing up the sheet rock and not being left with any paint residue. Despite many hours of hard labor, Eric was focused on completing all of our repair work in a thorough, patient and graceful manner. Even though the repairs were pricey, my wife and I knew all the work was completed with our satisfaction due to Eric’s focus of ensuring quality service. Great job, Eric! And we know now that we have a go-to plumber for any future jobs!
John, Jhonathan and Joel are helpful, honest and get to the root cause of the problem. They coordinated with their company and restoration services to have a major issue resolved in our home within 24 hours with a fair price. They are quick, efficient and tidy!

I am always surprised calling in to Ben Franklin Plumbing because the last couple time I had called I have been able to get same day if not very quick appointment turn around. They are always patient and sympathetic to the needs of faulty household wears and cover a wide range of options to best support the issue that is occurring. I’ve had John over twice in the last month and he always checks every option that could be causing an issue before making a determination. Then finds the best course of action to help save me money but ensure the problem won’t reoccur for years to come. Thanks team for helping in my time of need!
I used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to install a water leak detection device. Mike Cox was the service technician. Mike was on time and installed the device in a very timely manner. He also replaced a corroded hose bib in the backyard. He thoroughly explained how the device works. Mike is a top-notch guy and will definitely use him again. Highly recommended!
