First - BF Triad was quick! They had technician Chris at my house in less than an hour. Chris himself was so knowledgeable and talented. He was professional (kept taking his shoes off at the door!) and detailed. Did not jump to the most expensive solution but worked at the less expensive path first and was able to clear the line. He got pictures of the invasive roots and measured how far in the invasion was. Chris provided documentation of his findings. I found the entire experience painless other than the need to call them out in the first place. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing issues in the future and hope I get Chris as my tech. He was awesome.
We had an excellent experience working with this team to install a whole-home water softener, water filter, UV light, hot water recirculation loop, and a new tankless water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality. Nick was especially thorough, taking the time to ensure every detail was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the results. He was a pleasure to work with, as were Tripp and Adam—friendly, respectful, and clearly dedicated to making sure the job was done to a high standard. Jeff and Tripp were amazing!! My water heater died after almost 19yrs, it was leaking all over the garage floor. They came out the same day I called them and told them the water heater died. I upgraded to a tankless water heater. They were super knowledgeable and got me hot water the same day! I would definitely recommend!
Chris came out to clean out a drain that was completely clogged. In his opinion he would need to use the hydro jet since it was probably grease and boy was he right. What little bit I saw a greasy black substance it was really nasty. About a week later we had a issue with no water my husband is kinda a handyman but after trying to change the switch on the tank in our store room still no water. I called Benjamin Franklin of the Triad-Chris, he was about to come out the same morning. We had a serious problem now the water tank in the store room was more than 40 years old due to the date written on it and we knew the well pump was more than 6 years since my husband bought it at Lowe's. The pump was checked and the nipple that goes into the water tubing had snapped off at and pump. Chris gave us a estimate of all the work we needed done and we agreed it would be best to have everything replaced with new. Chris and Tim came out the next day prepared to work rain or shine at 9am. They pulled the pump out of the well which was 150 ft I might add. Replaced the pump, tubing, wiring, plastic disk to hold the wiring to the tubing, water tank, 2 water filters (large and med) all new lines in the store room and put in a frost free faucet run out to the backyard. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and the timely manner they completed their work.
