they were a pleasure to work with! we needed them in a pinch when we were in an inspection period with a house we were under contract to buy, and they got to us ASAP. and we used them to fix our plumbing issue as soon as we bought the home! edit: had to use them a second time and they were just as amazing to work with! Jeremy was great! I needed to have all my pipes replaced, sewer, water and gas. It was a big and complex job. Jeremy arrived and explained all the details of the project. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I totally understood everything. I am so happy with the work that was performed and the great communication before, during and after the project. I highly recommend this company and their great team.

We had a leak into our basement and Joe easily found that the source was the tub in our main bathroom. We have a wet room where the tub is inside the shower area. Joe then removed the tub to see the contractor/flipper improperly installed the tub. (The pipe was loose in the opening; it was not adhered to a shower pan.) We were afraid we were going to have to remove the entire shower tile in our 2 year old flipped home. (Our home was actually built in the 1940/s.) Joe came up with an idea how to fix the issue without removing the tile. He found a compound to cement the pipe within the opening and even went so far as to contact the manufacturer of the compound to ensure it fit the bill. The tub is fixed and they saved us a ton of money! Benjamin Franklin is our plumber of choice from now on!
