Clayton came Sunday afternoon to analyze our need and by mid-morning the next day, a new tankless water heater was completely installed. He came earlier in the morning to meet our schedule demands and the replacement took a third less time than he anticipated.

Update Cam came out and installed the Stream Labs the water leak detection system. He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Set it up for me and explained how to use it. Will definitely use them again. Update After the Stream Labs unit was installed it detected high water pressure indicating that my pressure release valve was going bad. Cam came out and replaced it. Quick and efficient.

After another company failed to fix a gas leak on a gas cooktop they installed (after coming out 3 separate times to fix it and failing to do so), we called Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
