This is my 2nd time having Jim out here to help me out of yet another plumbing nightmare. Thankfully this one wasn't horrible. Jim is always extremely nice and upfront about the work he is to perform. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in itself is amazing ... I called and not even an hour later the guys were here ... excellent service as usual.

I hope we don't have future plumbing issues. However if we do, theres no hesitation as to we will be calling. Definitely worthy of a 5 star rating.
