Finished new toilet installation 1 hr sooner than estimated. Very professional and courteous. Explained issues with old toilet and offered 4 options from replacement to repair. Then cleaned everything up! Very satisfied.

Very prompt , my technician was polite and explained things to me.Had to call them back to my Home to check on a repair that was made and they came asap. Dylan is definatley an asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

PJ the technician was very knowledgeable about water heaters and systems. His knowledge of our local water supplier also was helpful in understanding water pressure from the curb in informing us about installing a pressure valve in the house.
