Called in am cause I had no hot water. P.J. arrived quickly and did assessment of my heater. He gave me several options from repair to new unit. I chose a new unit with 9 year warranty. Installers arrived within an hour and job was done by noon!Great service, knowledgeable people at every step of process!!

Techs Kris & Gary were excellent when they serviced my home filter 1/07/25. They were knowledgeable and fully explained the process to make sure I understood what I was getting. When there was an issue with the invoice due to a salesman/office error, Kris immediately got on the phone to get it corrected. 5 stars for Kris and Gary! 4 star overall review due to sloppy salesman work and poor communication by office staff. Benjamin Franklin needs to do better on this front. Thank goodness the techs are the backbone of this business and they are phenomenal!

I was able to get a next-day appt for my non-emergency plumbing repairs. The plumber, Nick, was a pleasant man, on time, respectful of me, my home, and my pets. He listened to what I needed, helped me decide what I wanted to do, and carried out the work quickly and quietly. I will call on them again.
