Jim our plumber did a great job installing our own water heater. He was very careful with his workmanship and was also very pleasant and fun to do business with. It works great! I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

I got three estimates to unclog my bathtub, and Benjamin was the lowest (by $25 compared to one company and $75 the other). I also looked at reviews, however, because I’d spend an extra $25 to have the job done well. Christian showed up when expected and looked at the tub and told me the price to snake it. I paid and it took him about 8 minutes to find the cap to my contact lens case blocking my drain. I was thrilled as I’ve been standing in water for over a month now, hoping the problem would fix itself. The company was professional from my first call to schedule until Christian said goodbye. He was friendly and very efficient. I’m bummed out a small piece of plastic cost me a lot, but I have no regrets about using Ben Franklin plumbing and Christian.

Christian was over the top. He knows his business. He was on time. Early in fact. Very helpful with what I needed to have done and the end results were very professional and functionally pleasing.
