Prompt when promised a time frame. Jared kept me informed every step of the way. Giving me options. I felt he was honest and trustworthy. I was able to order the part I needed at lower cost than him going out and picking it up Showed me progress during his repair. He was excellent technician.

We just had JP out on a moments notice from Ben Franklin to help with a toilet and look at a few other things. He wasn’t our “regular” plumber with Benjamin Franklin—- Dave—that we have grown so accustomed to, but he was outstanding too and just as great to have our home! JP was very polite and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. He also recommended some future maintenance items to help prevent plumbing problems-Thank you, Ben Franklin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Donovan was a complete professional from start to finish. We had a leak in a sink faucet. He quickly found the problem and gave us options. I chose to purchase my own faucet, and he came back the next day to do the installation. Great job, cleaned up everything, and made sure it was not leaking anywhere before he left. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing to everyone
