Called in an emergency on Christmas and they promptly called back to get someone scheduled. Received a call the morning of with a time window; Donovan was prompt, professional, came with all of the parts, assessed the problem, and was able to install a new hose bib on the exterior of our house very quickly. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Benjamin Franklin.
