Both he and Issac were very knowledgeable and did a very good job. Although the toilet still doesn’t flush correctly. The handle has to be held down then it flushes fine. He did great on the gas line hook up. My wife is pleased

I was scheduled and given an estimate to replace toilets and fix a couple of leaks under sinks all on the same day. John A. came back and completed the work the next day! I called Benjamin Franklin on Sunday evening as I had a leak from attic that was coming through the ceiling. They would have come out that night, but my husband had to get up at 4am to go to Dallas, so I asked if they could come Monday morning as we turned water off outside the house.
