Gage was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I appreciated the time he took to explain the problem I was having and what he needed to do to repair it. This was my first experience engaging Benjamin Franklin for a plumbing issue, and I would definitely call them again. It was a large leak in my front yard and they got to me on a Friday afternoon. John came out to give me an estimate for the job and soon after he left all crap hit the fan. I started seeing water on the floor in the kitchen and laundry room. I called Benjamin F. And told them the issue and they said they will send the technician back. He returned within 10 minutes and immediately began to help soak up the water. He went ahead with the repair right then and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, professional and personable. We will be requesting him on our shower Reno soon.!

This place never disappoints! My husband used a different plumber that "he knew" and of course we had major issues. We resorted to calling Benjamin Franklin. They were out the next day to fix a major gas leak and replaced the entire line in one day. They put the dirt back and leveled it out and even re-laid our fresh sod back down perfectly, you cannot even tell they had to dig up my yard! I will never use anyone but Benjamin Franklin. Thank you for your outstanding customer satisfaction and service.

Had a sewer line leak and busted pipes in the sprinkler system. Called Benjamin Franklin on a Sunday and they had a tech out in about an hour to assess and fix everything the same day. I am very pleased with their timeliness, professionalism, and a job well done. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any of your plumbing needs. This was my first time using them and I will be calling them if the need arises in the future.

They got to our house as scheduled, listened to the issues and then showed me the best possible solution. Within a few days my problem was solved; the new system works great! One follow-up visit was needed for a part. William did a great job!
