My hot water tank gave up working. But Ben Franklin plumbing to the rescue! They were able to get me an appointment right away and when it was discovered that the tank was not repairable, they were able to get me a new tank installed the same day. Zachary was especially helpful. He explained everything I needed to know and helped me move items out of the way in order to get the new tank into the basement and the old tank out. What an awesome technician! Thank you so much for your help today, Zachary. You went above and beyond to get me the help I needed in a timely fashion. I appreciate you and Ben Franklin plumbing.

Zach has done a lot of wonderful work for us. He makes plumbing look like an art form. He takes tremendous pride in his work and we reap the rewards. Highly recommend.

We had Blake come out and run electricity to an unfinished room above our garage. The quoting process was fast and very accurate. He came out 2 days later and installed the wiring, outlets, and lights. I couldn’t be happier with the price and service. Great job!

Zac did a great job.My cold water pressure was very low.The pipes were calcified. He replaced them n put new shut off valves on them.Hes a great guy,very personal able.I felt safe with him. P.S. He was great with my 🐕 doggies.

Blake B was very thorough with explaining our electric situation. He was very respectful and worked on our house like it was our own. He wasn’t able to pin point the problem today but he gave us options with estimates. As Blake was troubleshooting our electric, also explained everything he was doing. I’ll definitely be calling them again!
