Absolutely phenomenal service and prices! I called after hours on a Tuesday and had service at 9:30am on Wednesday with no added fees. I spoke with Tim on Tuesday and made him aware I have 18 horses so he made it a priority to deliver fast service. Will always use them in the future and recommend to everyone.

Levi and Isaac did an great job. They did everything they could to fix my problem. Levi was very honest. I will be calling them back. This is another post. Zach was very professional and pleasant. He came in and went right to work. He didn't mind that I asked questions or watched. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

We recently had an issue with our tankless water heater. We gave Ben Franklin a call and Zachary came by not long after to examine the system. A part was failing and needed replacement. While it had to be ordered, it arrived in a couple of days and Zack returned to make the necessary repairs. He is a polite, friendly and professional young man who listened to our concerns and proceeded to do what was necessary to get our system up and running in good order. At the same time, the Ben Franklin rep was courteous and kept us up to date on parts delivery and arrival times for having the repairs done - all said, a genuine recommendation is deserved for this company!
