He not only resolved the issue by carefully vacuuming out grease and water (avoiding a huge mess!), but also took the time to explain how to maintain the trap going forward. He applied significant discounts, was meticulous about keeping our basement clean, and even provided a 90-day warranty. It’s rare to find a plumber who is both knowledgeable and considerate, but Nick checked every box. Great expierence with these guys. They really helped me in out in a pinch, going above and beyond! They are honest and transparent with the work and price. They are professional and down to earth. 5 stars, would definitely recommend for plumbing work in Northern NJ.

Great customer service. I had a few leaking valves and an old vanity that needed to be replaced in my master bathroom that needed to be done before I left for vacation. I didn’t wish to spend too much on the repairs and got a few expensive quotes from 2 of my local plumbers but they seemed a little pricey. I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they gave me a very reasonable quote and had a technician give me a call and showed up to my house about an hour later! I was amazed on how quickly and neat the job was done . I appreciate the work and will definetly be recommending them to my neighbors. Thanks to Shahbaaz (I think his name was) he really saved me from worrying about any damages that may have potentially flooded my house while I was away.

The first plumber I called wanted to replace my whole water heater. These guys came out and diagnosed the issue to a faulty sensor and a cleaning. Saved a few thousand bucks there, thanks guys.
