Ben Franklin plumbing is outstanding! They always do a great job, and they always provide an accurate estimate once they diagnose the full problem. Moreau has been our technician the past two times and he is excellent! He is very knowledgeable, explains the project thoroughly, and leaves the area better than he found it. First, we would like to say thank you for the wonderful service that we have received since October. We have had the pleasure of working with Silc both times (October and February). He is such a wonderful young man who is very polite, kind and never gives up till the problem is solved. He is very diligent with his work and we have noted that many times. We like the fact that he communicates with his coworkers in finding or helping to solve problems. We would also like to thank all of the dispatchers for the numerous calls and text messages and keeping a good communication line going between us and you. We find this a very outstanding company to work with on all levels!!!

I would give Ramsey 10 stars if I could! He was friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got my blockage cleared without any hassle. He even cleaned my shower floor when he was done and had it shining. I’ll definitely be requesting him for any future issues. Excellent service and highly recommend!!!

First time using Ben Franklin and I was very happy with the service. The tech Dominic was excellent. He is personable, very professional and spent time answering all my questions. He cleaned up his work area very well. He is an exemplary employee in my book. Kudos to Dominic for a job well done.
