We recently used Benjamin Franklin plumbing to repair a broken toilet. Our technician was professional and very friendly. He gave us options of how to have the toilet repaired and once we chose our option, he explained all of the work he was going to do and completed the work in a timely manner. We were very happy with the work from our technician.

Qua'shawun and Dan went above and beyond. I had a major repair. They gave me two options with one being most cost effective. During the repair they ran into many obstacles, and could have taken the easy way out by telling just to do the more expensive option. However, they worked hard and used all the skill of their trade to ensure the fix was done right and at the right price. What could have lasted a few weeks, was done in a few days because they put me and my family first. I am truly grateful to them both. I highly recommend them.

Did a very good job was very professional took care of the problem in a matter of minutes. I was very happy to get it fixed the right way showed me what was wrong. Very good. The first person that was out here did it wrong and causes me to have a problem with my sink leaking under now it’s fixed the right way

Richard and Kevin were fantastic and very friendly and personable as well as professional. The job was a bit more expensive than we were expecting it to be but plumbing jobs are often costly. The main point is that the job was completed and the work was done to our satisfaction.
