I would give Ramsey 10 stars if I could! He was friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got my blockage cleared without any hassle. He even cleaned my shower floor when he was done and had it shining. I’ll definitely be requesting him for any future issues. Excellent service and highly recommend!!!

First time using Ben Franklin and I was very happy with the service. The tech Dominic was excellent. He is personable, very professional and spent time answering all my questions. He cleaned up his work area very well. He is an exemplary employee in my book. Kudos to Dominic for a job well done.

David did a fantastic job at every step of the process. I knew it was time to replace our water heater, and David answered all of my questions, ran through all of the options and scenarios, and complete a perfect installation. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and he left the garage clean and tidy. The new lines look great.

Kevin was awesome. He is very down to earth, and 100% professional. Unfortunately I couldn't get the work I needed done today, but when the time comes I will be going with you guys! This is part 2...lol. Kevin came and installed my new water heater and put a new faucet and p-trap in today, he is beyond professional. We though there was an issue (there wasn't btw) but he literally stayed as long as it took to make sure we had hot water and were good to go! I will ask for him personally. It was a great day! 100% satisfied customer!!!
