David did a fantastic job at every step of the process. I knew it was time to replace our water heater, and David answered all of my questions, ran through all of the options and scenarios, and complete a perfect installation. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and he left the garage clean and tidy. The new lines look great.

Mike and Izzy came to our house. We have tried three other companies and no one could find out leak. They took their time, were very thorough and checked everywhere. They finally found the leak and were able to fix it. They were very clean, professional and nice. I would always want them to be our plumbers. Thank you so much!

After not receiving a call back from another company, I decided to give Benjamin Franklin a try. It was after-hours, but the person that answered the phone was able to immediately get something set up with dispatch. Lisa then contacted me and said she'd be out in about an hour, which was fantastic! Really nice communication. Lisa did an excellent job at my house. She was able to find the problem, which was a broken pipe coming off our well. Unfortunately the size of the pipe/connection we have was not one she had on her truck (and it was like 11pm so no stores were open), but she was able to come back out first thing this morning and completed the job. She's very knowledgeable and I'm so glad we found a plumber we can trust! I should also mention the amount she quoted was reasonable and accurate, and I feel as if it was a fair price.

Qua'shawun and Dan went above and beyond. I had a major repair. They gave me two options with one being most cost effective. During the repair they ran into many obstacles, and could have taken the easy way out by telling just to do the more expensive option. However, they worked hard and used all the skill of their trade to ensure the fix was done right and at the right price. What could have lasted a few weeks, was done in a few days because they put me and my family first. I am truly grateful to them both. I highly recommend them.

Lisa was so kind and thorough. She showed me the damage that the flood had done to our hot water heater and was back the next day, for a quick install. She even helped us with a referral for some other work we needed. It is heartwarming to get compassion and help during such a stressful time. Thank you Lisa!! Clean job, well done!
