Used them twice. Once to install a whole home water filtration system. I was pleased with that service. So when I needed to have my sewer lines located for a foundation repair, I called Ben again. I was pleased with all the technicians I've had out. Very professional and the cost seemed reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Chase did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and quick completing the removal of our old toilet and replacing the brand new one. The cost was the same as their original quote, which was very affordable. We will recommend both Chase and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to our neighbors, friends, and family. Chase Allen came by yesterday and diagnosed the problem, returned today and got the job done along with another guy and they both were extremely professional and kind! They did a great job and were in and out quickly. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing issues! Thank you SO much!

Very respectful in our home. Very knowledgeable about the water heater and our plumbing questions. Very efficient in flushing the water heater and doing our yearly inspection. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems and would have him back in the future.

Had a clogged up toilet, called a couple of places and Ben Franklin were most reasonable on service call pricing ($59.00) and after snaking the clog he even got me a 10% senior discount off of the actual bill. Chase and his helper were very nice gentleman. Would recommend their services to anyone. RS
