Sylus and his apprentice came for an emergency at my home! Toilet flooded my basement and they didn’t stop working until everything was fixed! Hard working individuals, very professional and courteous! With four girls in my home and one bathroom they out did themselves! Thank you Benjamin Franklin for your service.. Company never should've sent him by himself He was very professional. Showed me and explained each problem he encountered He had to manage equipment up and down stairs by himself Problem turned out to be more complex than my request indicated. Not qualified as to his plumbing abilities but very pleased with his follow through I was very happy with his professional.

Vinny was great. He came out and did a free assessment on a holiday weekend and then replaced our water heater as soon as the parts were available. He communicated well and everything was very smooth. We couldn't be happier with the service and process. Highly recommend. Thanks Vinny!

We had a pipe open up on a Friday night so had to shut the water off until we could get it repaired. Sylus from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out that same night and got right to work on our system. He needed to get parts so came back Saturday to finish the job. Best service we've had from a Plumber! We would recommend to anybody.
