Stylus from BenFranklin plumbing immediately presented his business card and name at the door. He was friendly, courteous, and sat down to explain repairs needed and costs. He was very knowledgeable and I was impressed how he trained and worked with his assistant. I would recommend his services.

My son put things in the toilet, And they were doing everything that they can to help get it out. They did a great job explaining what they had to do and when they were doing it.

Sylus is a great employee as he represents Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of South Orange County with dignity and professionalism. Not only did he do an amazing job with replacing my sink and Hot Water Heater he explained everything to my wife and I. We actually learned how dedicated he is to his job and customers. He made us feel like friends and not just customers that he just met. We now have a reliable "friend" to call if we ever need a plumber.

First off let me start by saying I completely understand that this entire area was inundated with calls this week due to the extreme cold. this company was one of the only companies out of fifteen that I called after hours on Christmas Eve to answer , to actually call me back , have availability , and to come and help my family with our burst pipes emergency. We had two pipes in a crawl space burst at some point . What was more infuriating was that these lines ran to a defunct heating system that was no longer used in the garage . Their after hours dispatch was courteous and understanding . They relayed to me in real time what the anticipated wait would be and were able to have an employee at my door in 40 minutes. Their tech Sylus was extremely positive , knowledgeable, and respectful. He put boot covers on upon immediately entering the home and had business cards out for us to have . We checked out the problem area in the crawl space together and came up with a plan. He offered multiple suggestions as well as what wouldn’t work . Overall he was in and out within an hour and the job was executed flawlessly. I will be going back to this company for other jobs in the future .

Sylus Gonzales used Hygrojet method to clean out the main line bockage going from the house to my septic tank . Then used a camera to show condition of pipe. Sylus is a professional that knows what he is doing and advised me that I should get the main line replaced in the near future .
