Trevor came to our home after my daughter flushed a large item down the toilet and the toilets were clogging. He came very quickly within 3 hours of making the call. He was very honest about the issues and did not attempt to swindle us to spend money that did not need spent. He even spoke to my husband on the phone about a different issue he noticed we had and told him how to fix it. All in all extremely happy with his service and will use in the future!

Adam was absolutely delightful! I have an old and challenging boiler system. Adam was very considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Explained things in a way that I thoroughly understood. Answered all of my questions. Punctual and just a genuinely nice guy.

When I called for service, I thought I had 2 small problems and I was wrong! My serviceman arrived on time, assessed the first issue and fixed it. The second issue required him to come the next day and again, timely and did excellent work. It was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they now have a life long customer.
