Jeremy made a horrible plumbing/sewer issue so much more palatable. He is extremely personable and empathetic to my issue. He showed up on time, if not early. He was quick to inform me of every step he was taking and what the plan of action was. And, to top it off his pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will keep Jeremy/Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Mt. Airy on my speed dial.

Ben Franklin always gets us an appointment quickly. Chris did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his inspection and in his explanation of our options. Definitely want to have him do work on our plumbing in the future.

I was able to get an appointment right away. The tech that came to the house was very curtious and professional. He explained everything he was doing while diagnosing the problem. Once he found the issue he explained all of my options. He didn't have some of the parts needed to be replaced but made a phone call and got the parts here. I needed a new water pump for my well. The job was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I recieved and would definitely recommend them.

I have received outstanding service from Chris at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He really understood the situations I was in and he took plenty of time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate his work and will ask for him again if I need more work done.
