I recently had the pleasure of working with Chance Roberson and I cannot express how grateful I am for his exceptional service. Faced with a complex problem of creating a solution where both well and county water could flow into my home without one affecting the other, Chance approached the challenge with remarkable creativity and ingenuity. From the beginning, it was clear that Chance was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly resourceful. He quickly assessed the situation and devised a unique solution that I had not considered. His ability to think outside the box was truly impressive. What stood out the most was his unwavering dedication and positive attitude. Even in the face of adversity, he remained calm and focused. Of the two companies that I considered, Michelle helped seal the deal. When she answers the phone she always asks “what can I do to make you smile today?” I can certainly smile with the work which was done on time, at cost, and better than expected. Matt was on time and was very knowledgeable about all things Plumbing. I am appreciate his professionalism and I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. I rate them 10 out of 10 and would definitely refer them and would definitely have them return if I had any Plumbing needs.

Michelle was so kind to me on the phone while explaining to her the issues surrounding the leak in my water line as well as struggles with my home warranty company regarding the leak. Michelle worked hard to make sure someone was able to come out to me the same day, despite running out of daylight being a potential issue. Micah came to my home and was quickly able to locate the leak in my water line, starting the repair, finishing the repair and cleaning up after I had to leave for work. Everyone was very kind, honest and transparent during the entire process.

They were quick to get me scheduled for an assessment of the situation. Chance was very detailed and professional with explaining the problem and the process to resolve the issue. Price was reasonable! He was knowledgeable about the damage to my house, filing an insurance claim and getting a mitigation company. They were able to get the repairs started quickly. Matt and Tristan have been a pleasure to work with. They are both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The Boss came by on day one and was very nice and professional as well. I could tell he takes pride in the company and the work they do. Thank you all for the help and good work.
