I recently had the pleasure of working with Chance Roberson and I cannot express how grateful I am for his exceptional service. Faced with a complex problem of creating a solution where both well and county water could flow into my home without one affecting the other, Chance approached the challenge with remarkable creativity and ingenuity. Matt from Benjamin Franklin plumbing was awesome. He explained everything that would be best. I took those recommendations and he and his apprentice Tristan did a fantastic job and were always looking out for my home. I really appreciate the job they did. Micah and Tristan came out to repair a mysterious leak. After finding which source the leak was on, we set down and Micah drew my piping out of a sheet of paper. Once we visualized the potential spots, we were able to eliminate two of the three possible areas. The leak was found in the last remaining possible spot. Made me very comforted that he took the time to map it out with me so that we could make the best possible solutions without any damage to the drywall. Explained everything step by step and allowed me to be part of the process. Was rewarding to us all the method of elimination they took to find the root cause.

Thought I had a water leak. It was a Saturday mid day. Benjamin Franklin was ready to help the service charge on a Saturday was more than a weekday, but not unreasonable. Normally I can do this repair myself but I wanted it warranted and by a licensed plumber. Micha our plumber was knowledgeable and found my issue. He had to travel 30 miles to get the part. He fixed me up. Was very pleased with the service.
