Today we had Jaime back to the house for additional work that he noticed wasn’t complete by our previous plumber when we repiped. The pipes were not strapped properly. He corrected the strapping. But my original call out today was for a new flange for my husband‘s toilet. He completely updated it with new equipment that will last a very long time. I love Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Stacey Always answers or calls right back. Van will check in just to be sure the call was made as well. We highly recommend them.

Lefel came out at a moment's notice. He had a magic touch! He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He offered me several options and also had the cleanest plumbing truck I've ever seen. I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Long Beach again next time and will ask for Lefel again, too.
