Had a lot of work done under the house to replace old cast iron pipes and a new sewer line installed. This team did a great job! They communicated well, did all the work on time as described, and all is working well. They are not cheap, but when considering they did everything they said they would, when they said they would, I think this was a great experience with everything done right. I am happy with the results. I would recommend this team for sure and will call them for any issues I may have in the future.

Although we got off to a slightly rough start, I was very pleased with the job Ben Franklin plumbers did to replace two toilets in our home. The initial difficulty was imperfect communication with their call center representatives, who weren’t entirely clear about the process and sequence of arrival, pick up of pre-purchased equipment, and installation. I would’ve appreciated them managing my expectations better. But in the end, the work was done well in the half day that they had promised, the price was as expected, and I’m satisfied.

My technician Leo was very professional and kept me updated on the work that he was going to perform. He offered advice & continuously kept me updated on what he was doing. When finished he cleaned up the area where he was working. Leo was very courteous and very professional. I recommend Benjamin Franklin for your plumbing needs.

I came back from a small jaunt to Oregon My toilet would not flush I was frantic as its my only bathroom I called several places but only answered with a voice message So i called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, I used their service before So called them as a satisfied returning customer They sent a representative to surmise my issue He gave me a fair estimate My U- shaped pipe from toilet to main cracked They came and replaced the pipe, added a new clean-out in one day Benjamin Franklin YOU ARE MY HEROES !!!!
