I was very impressed with Ethan. He was professional and explained everything he was doing and why. Ethan also advised me to get a water pressure gauge so I could keep an eye on the water pressure. I could tell he loved what he was doing. I will recommend Ethan and Benjamin Franklin plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Ethan was wonderful! He explained everything we needed, gave us options and was respectful of our home. He brought along Justin his co-worker who also worked on our home. Justin was very respectful and both these guys worked hard to complete the job in one day! Thanks to both!!

Ethan is the consumate professional who explained our situation thoroughly and offered solutions. Ethan and Justin went above and beyond what they were here to do. They checked our water softener and offered solutions as to why our system wasn't performing like it should. Ethan was professional and very thorough with helping us out with our issue for our toilet. He even checked out our water filter to give us a quote for installation. I high recommend and will be calling them back out if we have any other issure!

Homer came out and did a full house inspection on our plumbing system. He pointed out different things. He made suggestions. He gave a written estimate. He pointed out the important items we may want to address now. I was impressed with the process of the inspection . It was like a house inspection but with a company that is trained in plumbing. He was very professional. We will consider his recommendations.
