Ben Franklin’s,Matt, did a terrific job making our old bathroom new. He could do the plumbing and tiling and solved all of our issues. I liked all the ideas he had. 5 star job.

We used Ben Franklin for a clogged drain. We had never used them before and the ease of booking an appointment online for the same day was fantastic. Two very polite and friendly young men came and did a great job. The task turned out to be a much bigger challenge than expected and they kept us informed as to what they were doing and why it was taking some extra time. We really appreciated this and we felt the bill was very fair.

From the minute Tom showed up at our home he was professional and showed our home and family respect. Tom was completely transparent through the diagnosis process, and explained to me the plan of attack.
