Professional, polite, informative. Aaron did great job my only issue is the coupon advertisement picture of toilet was not the toilet that was the sale item so I found out.

Update: return visit with Aaron and Tom was terrific! Professional, courteous and efficient. Smooth and uneventful - great experience FAST, PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS gent arrived to save our home. Tom quickly assessed our situation then CLEARLY and CONCISELY explained the steps he needed to take to get to work. Tom kept us informed on his progress. Considering our plumbing emergency Tom helped to elevate the shock of all of it. He took the time to educate and make professional recommendations that we can take to help things. I feel very confident about recommending Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Prescott to others.

This is the second time we have used Ben Franklin plumbing services. Both times we were able to get Robert to come out and take care of us. He is friendly, courteous and does a great job! We will use Ben Franklin again and will request Robert to service our cabin.

Aaron did an exceptional job! He is always kind and courteous and goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is pleased with his work. Aaron's organization and attention to detail is a breath of fresh air in our current culture.

I am very impressed with how quickly this was taken care of - and it was a weekend! Everyone I spoke to, or texted, was professional and very helpful. Logan did an amazing job advising me and installing my new water heater. I am very pleased.
