Update: return visit with Aaron and Tom was terrific! Professional, courteous and efficient. Smooth and uneventful - great experience FAST, PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS gent arrived to save our home. Tom quickly assessed our situation then CLEARLY and CONCISELY explained the steps he needed to take to get to work. Tom kept us informed on his progress. Considering our plumbing emergency Tom helped to elevate the shock of all of it. He took the time to educate and make professional recommendations that we can take to help things. We noticed our water heater was leaking one morning and reached out to Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Prescott for assistance. They were able to come out the same day and give us a quote. We accepted the quote and our technician “Logan” was able to install the unit also on that same day. Logan did a great job and we were very happy with the entire experience.
