Tim scheduled us quickly for a free estimate. Tyler was honest, transparent, thorough and informative about the work that needed to be done. I received the written estimate within hours. That evening, I emailed questions and received a call first thing the next morning with detailed answers that alleviated my concerns. Tyler provided us with fast, efficient, neat and clean service. He replaced 6 shut off valves and installed new lines to 2 new outside spigots within a few hours. He problem solved how to re-route an inaccessible copper line. I am very happy with the service that I received.

Benjamin Franklin Just left and can’t be happier with the service. Repaired my tankless water heater and installed a water softener all in the same day. Alex and team were great. Took time to discus everything and left my house clean like they were never here.

Great service! They showed up on time, were neat and tidy, and wore booties which was appreciated. The work done was better than expected as I needed a slop sink and pump installed for my washer and dryer setup. Honest and hard workers. Tyler was great.

My very old furnace was in need of replacing and my long time plumber doesn’t install them, but he really came through with a recommendation of Ben Franklin plumbing, I called in the morning and they sent Alex Loranger out that afternoon, he was very helpful in recommending a replacement and scheduling the install. When I got home from work I was very impressed with the quality work and attention to detail that I was looking at. Very pleased.

As a first-time customer, I called today for a toilet repair. Got an appt same day and Tyler arrived a few hours later based on my schedule. He was pleasant and professional. He provided me with several estimates to either repair or replace the problematic toilet. Decided to replace the toilet because of past issues with it and the entire job was complete in about 1.5 hours and now I don’t need to worry about it again! Very pleased with the timeliness, cleanliness and workmanship. I will use them again and recommend to others!
