If there were ten stars to rate the quality of the work and service performed I would give them. Ken was professional, honest and clear about the work that needed to be done. He kept me informed through the whole process and it was completed quickly. Would definitely hire again for any plumbing work.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He identified himself upon arrival. He put covers on his shoes and spoke with courtesy and politeness. He did a needs assessment on our unit, explained what he’d be doing and proceeded to do his job. The work took about an hour. He worked quickly and quietly. Then he cleaned up after he was finished. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service provided.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ben Franklin Plumbing in Pleasantville was fantastic! Scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time. The plumber was professional and friendly, quickly diagnosing and fixing my garbage disposal. He explained everything clearly and left the area spotless. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Our service person was Mamadou Berete and he was fantastic - very thorough explained everything that he was doing -explained everything that was OK - everything that was not OK - never once got the impression he was trying to make a sale. He just told us the facts. In addition to that he’s personable, polite, and my wife and I actually learned quite a bit. I enjoyed watching what he was doing, highly recommended!
