The team of Greg and Walter is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them 10 starts if there is the option. They cleaned up all the mess and took all the trash, and there is nothing left for me to do except enjoy my unlimited hot water supplies from tankless water heater. It is amazing!

ALL the technicians who came out recently were wonderful! I can not thank them all enough. This has been enormously stressful and through it all every person I have worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring! Emergency services was excellent and prompt. Communication is clear and informative, I know who is coming, when they are arriving. Customer Service was always very helpful. I couldn't be more happy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and highly recommend!

Mama double Berrte made a home inspection of my home located at 1038Neumark Ave. P village. NJ. An inspection was conducted and an excellent job was done. Photos were taken of an assorted amount of issues that need attention. Photos of all of the concerts were addressed. Job well done. 5 stars rated.

Shawn and DJ were amazing. They were very communicative. I felt like they cared about making sure everything was done timely, correctly and that even though I was not there in person that they cared about me as the customer by providing details and frequent communication by phone. They made sure our shower was fixed within 1 day during a holiday week. We are so appreciative of their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend!
