Had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining. Figured it would need a snake to get rid of a clog. This was way more involved from when the home was remodeled, but they mapped, cleaned and jetted out all 4 lines that went to the main sewer line just to be sure I was happy. Snaking didn't do anything so they went and got the equipment needed to solve the issue. They didn't rush and wanted to be sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommended!

The experience from start to finish was excellent, from customer service rep who took my call and scheduled the appointment to Jacob the service technician who completed the hot water heater installation. I was able to same day service on Black Friday. Within 2 hours of my call for help, I had a service technician at my house. Jacob was not only extremely professional and polite but also highly knowledgeable and skilled. Both Jacob and the customer service representative were patient, answered all my questions and they worked with me to get the best deal.

Our Plumbing Specialist, Brad was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that worked through the evening to ensure we would be back in service. Jared was over today for a scheduled maintenance Check on all water service units at my house. Jared was very thorough with all his inspection and was very Helpful and taking the time to explain issues at hand. Jared left me with A list of items that need to be repaired, along with state of urgency On a couple of items that needed quick attention. At no point was there any high-pressure to have items on list Scheduled for repair. Not only was Jared at the height of professional with conducting his work, he was the pinnacle of five star customer service ! Jared is an extreme asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He has restored my faith in the service industry, if not human mankind!
