Jared was over today for a scheduled maintenance Check on all water service units at my house. Jared was very thorough with all his inspection and was very Helpful and taking the time to explain issues at hand. Jared left me with A list of items that need to be repaired, along with state of urgency On a couple of items that needed quick attention. At no point was there any high-pressure to have items on list Scheduled for repair. Not only was Jared at the height of professional with conducting his work, he was the pinnacle of five star customer service ! Jared is an extreme asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He has restored my faith in the service industry, if not human mankind!

I needed plumbing upgrades for my home and Eddy helped me do it. The plumber was on time, very friendly, polite, and he explained the technical issues in a simple manner. The work got done fast. I am a satisfied customer and recommend this company.

Jake installed the commode very nicely and in a timely manner. Was conscientious to keep a clean workspace and hauled off all the old fixtures.Explained to me a couple things to be aware of in future repairs. Nice young man.

Purchased a gas hot-water heater from this company two years ago. One of their plumbing specialists, Jake Morris, has done my complimentary annual flush both years since. Very professional, does quality work and also a great guy! I don't even remember how I found Ben Franklin Plumbing, I think I might have just googled providers when I needed a new hot-water heater. But I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided from the get-go, especially with the benefits that come along with it such as the free annual flush and even a free home-electrical inspection by one of their partner companies. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! I only wish I would have known about them sooner.

Ben Franklin Plumbing is a great company! They were easy to schedule and performed timely service. They explained everything they did and listed out all the options for water heater repair and replacement. Phenomenal customer service. Would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs!
