Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ke and Bradley. They were very knowledgeable, didn't try to over sell me anything. From my first call to the end of the repair, Kelly, Ke & Bradley was so kind and responsive. I had called another company a week ago, after two calls, no one ever got back to me. Ke installed our new kitchen faucet flawlessly and with efficiency. The communication from the company and tech was excellent. I could not have asked for better. This is my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing after having used others and this was a wonderful first experience. Great job Ke and team!

Water has been backing up for months and other companies did poor jobs or never communicated. Called Benjamin Franklin and they scheduled for the next day. Techs came promptly in the window of time given. Kea and Bradley were both very courteous and professional. They got right to work and did an amazing job. Pipes flowing great now. The entire experience with Benjamin Franklin was amazing. Will recommend in the future.

Spoke to Kelley and within 20 minutes Josh was at my home to check out our emergency! It is quite a hefty one and we are trying to come up with funds, but hopefully we can do business! Josh was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ben Franklin.

This is my 2nd time using their service and having Mr. Bradley come out to my home to do repairs and I cannot recommend their service enough. They are incredibly responsive and double check in a day before and Mr. Bradley called on his way aswell to verify the appointment. Both times they have been out, they always offer multiple options of service depending on whether I want to just address the problem or replace the entire unit and Mr. Bradley takes the time to explain what the issue is and the benefits of each option. 10/10 service by real, honest people.
