Had a bad day end with a happy ending. Went to wash my hands found that there was no hot water, Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and spoke with Kelley, who quickly put me at ease. They sent Josh out to replace our 10-year-old, 40-gallon water heater. He was very professional and had my hot water back in no time. I would give this company 10 stars if that was an option, for there courtesy, support, promptness and overall experience. Great Job.

They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Extremely prompt and honest. I thought we had a major issue. They explained what was going on with our house…and the work we did NOT need and why. Didn’t charge me for coming out. I sincerely appreciated such honesty. The tech explained everything very well and was friendly. Will be using them going forward.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ke and Bradley. They were very knowledgeable, didn't try to over sell me anything. From my first call to the end of the repair, Kelly, Ke & Bradley was so kind and responsive. I had called another company a week ago, after two calls, no one ever got back to me. Josh did a great job on our bathroom renovation. Benjamin Franklin did an excellent job prompt on time. We have no complaints Bruce with Northern Craft construction serving Anne Arundel County for over three decades highly recommend Benjamin Plumbing .

Ke installed our new kitchen faucet flawlessly and with efficiency. The communication from the company and tech was excellent. I could not have asked for better. This is my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing after having used others and this was a wonderful first experience. Great job Ke and team!
