This company is pretty expensive. I think I paid a flat rate of 326 for a drain snake which only took about 45 minutes. That being said, their company that has provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. You receive an email when your appointment is made and a text and even another text when the technician is on their way and a little bit about who they are. I gave them five stars for the customer service, but I would hesitate to pay for a snake service again.

Avery and his teammate were very nice and honest. They were not able to help me the way we needed but I was thankful that he was honest and not just out to get money.

Tech was kind, answered questions about current faucets, toilets, & hot water heater. Knowledgeable and answered my questions about day/weekly maintenance of my plumbing fixtures. Very pleasant experience for me.
