Had to share my wonderful experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From the excellent customer service with Paige, the quick scheduling for our plumbing emergency, and the honest options for our problems from Nick G. we couldn't be happier with the service. Paige was friendly and was able to have Nick G. scheduled the same day. Nick G. was professional and courteous, and explained everything that needed to be done that made it easy to understand. Hands down an excellent experience and would use their service again.

Just wanted to let you know that Gary and Johnny were both great. I had a bathroom vanity installed and two new main shut off valves installed they were a lot of work. The guys were terrific. Everything works perfectly. Great job!

He took extra care by covering his boots to protect our floors, which shows how thoughtful and meticulous he is. From the moment I called for help, Rick and his team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and efficiency, completing the installation within 12 hours of my initial request. Rick's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the installation. He provided a comprehensive package that included a 15-year, 100% parts and labor guarantee, and a 10-year annual drain and flush service. Additionally, he ensured that the water heater was equipped with a pan underneath, an automatic water shut-off (Leak breaker), and hot and cold water shut-offs for added security and convenience. Rick went above and beyond by adding an electric disconnect to bring the water heater up to current code, including bonding and necessary water piping. His office also handled all permits and fees, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. Rick provided outstanding service and expertise.
