Just wanted to let you know that Gary and Johnny were both great. I had a bathroom vanity installed and two new main shut off valves installed they were a lot of work. The guys were terrific. Everything works perfectly. Great job!

I was very happy with Benjamin Franklin when we had a new toilet installed. Rick is FANTASTIC!!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He went out of his way to accommodate us and find the right toilet for us. Benjamin Franklin is very lucky to have such a top notch professional working for them. He deserves a raise. Rick is a top notch plumber and person. I highly recommend Rick and Benjamin Franklin.

Today Jamie from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came by to check out our dryer. He was AMAZING!!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend. Had to share my wonderful experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From the excellent customer service with Paige, the quick scheduling for our plumbing emergency, and the honest options for our problems from Nick G. we couldn't be happier with the service. Paige was friendly and was able to have Nick G. scheduled the same day. Nick G. was professional and courteous, and explained everything that needed to be done that made it easy to understand. Hands down an excellent experience and would use their service again.
