From the moment I called for help, Rick and his team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and efficiency, completing the installation within 12 hours of my initial request. Rick's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the installation. He provided a comprehensive package that included a 15-year, 100% parts and labor guarantee, and a 10-year annual drain and flush service. Additionally, he ensured that the water heater was equipped with a pan underneath, an automatic water shut-off (Leak breaker), and hot and cold water shut-offs for added security and convenience. Rick went above and beyond by adding an electric disconnect to bring the water heater up to current code, including bonding and necessary water piping. His office also handled all permits and fees, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. Rick provided outstanding service and expertise. His prompt response, meticulous workmanship, and comprehensive installation package have given me peace of mind knowing that my new water heater will perform reliably for years to come.
