I had the pleasure of working with Gary from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived early, which I really appreciated, and was extremely professional throughout the entire service. He took extra care by covering his boots to protect our floors, which shows how thoughtful and meticulous he is. During our walk-through, Gary thoroughly inspected everything and explained all of the issues to me in detail. He assured me that all the problems would be handled quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair. Just wanted to let you know that Gary and Johnny were both great. I had a bathroom vanity installed and two new main shut off valves installed they were a lot of work. The guys were terrific. Everything works perfectly. Great job!

From the moment I called for help, Rick and his team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and efficiency, completing the installation within 12 hours of my initial request. Rick's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the installation. He provided a comprehensive package that included a 15-year, 100% parts and labor guarantee, and a 10-year annual drain and flush service. Additionally, he ensured that the water heater was equipped with a pan underneath, an automatic water shut-off (Leak breaker), and hot and cold water shut-offs for added security and convenience. Rick went above and beyond by adding an electric disconnect to bring the water heater up to current code, including bonding and necessary water piping. His office also handled all permits and fees, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. Rick provided outstanding service and expertise. Great job done by Rick Walsh over at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable service. He made sure I understood the need for annual maintenance of my water heater, flushed it out and also gave me a estimate along with some good insights of tankless vs regular water heaters when the time came to replace mine as it will soon. Great service. Would recommend.

Jake came to my home as I had suspicions of a possible leak somewhere in my bathroom. He was very friendly and arrived early on a Saturday, which was wonderful and appreciated. He did a very thorough job, checked everything in my home that has plumbing/plumbing related. And explained everything he did and checked when he was done. I was very happy with the services provided and Jake’s assistance in doing so. Thank you so much. I will use Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the future and recommend to my friends and family! 10/10.
