We had Dillion come out and check our old hot water tank. Ended up needing a new one and went with a tankless water heater. He showed back up as expected with a nice new Navien tank. Awesome service and install along with his partner, Red (Trent). Both great guys. Highly recommend. Dillion was also very responsive and returned calls promptly.

We received a water bill four times larger than normal. The water department identified a 71 gallon per hour leak. Dillon came to my house the same morning that I called. He put the option we selected into action immediately. By 4:00 p.m. the next day, a completely new water line from the meter to the house was excavated and installed. Our water was shut off in the house for only about three hours. Dillon was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Dillon and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

There was a mix up when I called for service on a weekend but the tech Dillon called me that afternoon to set up the appointment for the following morning. He was very helpful and friendly. He examined all the areas in the house that was having issues and we made a plan. Very happy with Dillon.
