Super Bowl Sunday we ended up with a sewer issue. I called two places but Benjamin Franklin got me set up with a tech first. Trent came out to my house within a couple of hours and had our drains flowing again. He did a great job explaining to me what caused the blockage and what will need to be done in the future. I am very grateful for his hard work, quickness, and his willingness to explain my issue in a way I easily understood. Thank you Trent!

I called on a Wednesday afternoon suspecting that one of my exterior hose bibs was frozen, it was encased in ice. I was able to get an appointment for Friday, when the temps were forecasted to get above freezing. You know what happens to frozen pipes when they thaw. Aaron and Tyler arrived on schedule, were very professional and competent. They explained what needed to be done, and got it done very quickly and efficiently. I have an 8" x 8" hole in the drywall in my bedroom , but it's sure better than water flooding the place. Besides, they're plumbing guys, not drywall guys. I'll get my handyman out to patch the wall. Five stars, guys!

We had Dillion come out and check our old hot water tank. Ended up needing a new one and went with a tankless water heater. He showed back up as expected with a nice new Navien tank. Awesome service and install along with his partner, Red (Trent). Both great guys. Highly recommend. Dillion was also very responsive and returned calls promptly.
