I had Ben Franklin Plumbing come out and upgrade a pair of bathroom faucets. On both occasions the plumber was prompt and got to work without a hitch. From scheduling to the installation of the faucets we provided, I was pleased with how well it went. I would use this company in the future. I had Steve M. And Abel do this work. Thanks.

Despite being on its own cement pad and braced, my water heater was damaged in the Jan 10 earthquake. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to send Matt out that same afternoon. Matt was personable and clear in providing answers and solutions. I needed a new gas-powered water heater which was scheduled for the next morning. Tendi arrived on-time and installed the new water heater, rebraced the heater (requiring a trip to get wood), and cleaned the area before leaving. All work was well-done, quickly accomplished, with my questions clearly answered. This is my second water heater and 3 or more jobs performed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Novato. All work to date has been satisfactory, efficient, and professional.

We just got the full service with BF . We had old galvanized piping with no hot water pressure . Super nice guys who came and installed brand new pex pipes throughout my whole house , water , toilet and bath . Brand new fixtures in kitchen shower , new toilet install . I was always postponing such a big job but I’m so glad these guys did the job as everything’s brand new and working great , they turned the water off for only a small period so there was no disturbance to our house . Not only that I have brand new Puronics whole house filtration system that they installed and couldn’t be happier. They also sealed my sink, fixed my dishwasher pipe to the disposal and numerous other little things around the house . Just super helpful . When you want the job done right you need to call these guys . We finally have hot water pressure . Installation was painless and these guys were clean and professional ! Highly recommend! Should have done it years ago !

We were very pleased with how fast Cree was able to come out and check the issue with our water heater. After discussing a few options we stayed with a like for like swap of our 40gal water heater. Abel was sent out to do all the work and he was so nice and efficient. Even eased our minds about a leak we thought we had on the recent DIY repair of our filter so we didn't have to completely start that project again! Got us all up to current code, passed inspection and we're enjoying hot water again! Thank you so much.

Cree from Benjamin Franklin came over recently and with his knowledge and experience, saved me alot time, trouble and money, in just explaining to me what the problem really was with my toilet. I’ve been struggling with this toilet for years, having to flush it two and three times. I thought it had to do with low flush volume, or the septic lines themselves. A friend told me that I would need a different toilet atogether, with a higher volume, which they don’t even sell anymore. His honesty, straightforwardness and expertise saved me a lot of headache, and I am truly grateful for that. Thank you Cree and Benjamin Franklin. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Appreciate you guys, Jason. You really did me a solid! Ha ha! 😂
